9:Invoice will be issued after procurement. Payment is due after completion and before delivery.

As there is not a storefront, there will be online meetings only,
and all the prosesses will be checked by photos and videos.
STEP 1. Design
Rough drawing will be deriverd based on your desired image or existing references.
You can also present a rough design.
STEP 2. Create a flat picture(picture template) based on the rough design

STEP 3. Sizing
Please measure areas that require measurements and inform us.
If you have ready-made clothing in your ideal size, you can also refer those measurements.
(Example) For a blouse: back length, shoulder width, bust, sleeve length, wrist
STEP 4. Pattern making
STEP 5. Silhouette Check
Using sample fabric, confirm the silhouette, and then make any minor
adjustments.
*If you need to check it on in person, please let us know.
*If the design changes significantly, an additional option fee will be charged.
(Third proposal onwards, rough drafts cost 3,000 yen per proposal)
STEP 6. Create sewing specifications
STEP 7. Selection and purchase of fabrics and materials (buttons, zippers, etc.)
Everything will be arranged according to the design decided in step 1.
If you have any desired fabrics or materials, please send them to us.
In the case of remakes, please send us the base item and we will arrange
fabrics and materials that matche the design.
We would like to accommodate your requests as much as possible, so please
let us know if you would like to see fabric samples or if you have prepared fabrics you would like to use.

*In order to respond to your requests in detail, several meetings will be required in advance.
Basically, all the meetings will be hosted online, E-mail, zoom, or else.
We can also arrange face-to-face meetings near our workshop location (Aoyama, Tokyo).
Before placing an order, please contact us via the inquiry form to request a quote.
Once the details are confirmed, we will send you an invoice.
After that, we will provide a payment link for you to complete your payment.
